Your Florida and New York City photographer

As a young girl, I was always (and still am) very sentimental.

I developed a fascination with past decades early on and would often attempt to re-live them through photos and music. Whether it was looking through photos from Woodstock or collecting antiques, I would daydream and fantasize about being able to exist in those moments. About finding ways to make past memories something tangible.

As I got older, I eventually learned of the lack of photos my parents had from their childhood due to moving frequently and losing photo albums along the way. I found this devastating... perhaps even more then they did. It only made me more committed to preserving every moment in my life and the lives of others.

Some fun facts about me:

  • I can ride a unicycle
  • My sun sign is a Libra.
  • I am also a graphic designer
  • I own over 250 vinyl records
  • Some of my favorite artists are Fleetwood Mac, The Doors, The Grateful Dead, The Sundays, Joni Mitchell, and many more.

My philosophy

My desire to freeze time manifests through indulging in the refractions of my camera lens. By capturing a singular moment in its timeless, universal validity, I provide a tangible record for your future self to look back on.

Photographing weddings or other important moments in people’s lives makes me witness humans bearing their true emotions. I gravitate toward this because, I believe, in these heightened emotional states you can find moments of revelation.

I give myself wholeheartedly to the responsibility of capturing such singular events in people’s lives. It’s more than a mere record to me, though. I capture moments with a vivid and contemplative lens, my awareness always on the in-between and unplanned moments: the subtle look you give your partner, the way you play with your hair, or the laugh between the clicks of the shutter.
